Sunday Sampler ~ week 8 :: PIN STRIPE

Instructions:
Foundation Ring: Using yarn A, work 4ch and join with ss to form a ring.
Round 1: 3ch (counts as 1tr), 11tr into ring, join with ss into 3rd of 3ch (12tr)
Round 2: 3ch (count as 1tr), * [2tr, 1dtr] into next tr, [1dt, 2tr] into next tr (corner made), ** 1tr into next tr; rep from * twice and from * to ** once again, join with ss into 3rd of 3ch.
Round 3: 3ch (count as 1tr), 1tr into each of next 2tr, * [2tr, 1dtr] into next tr, [1dt, 2tr] into next tr (corner made), ** 1tr into next 5tr; rep from * twice and from * to ** once again, 1tr into each of next 2tr, join with ss into 3rd of 3ch. break off yarn A.
Round 4: Join yarn B, 1ch, 1dc into same place, 1dc into each of next 4tr, * 2dc into each of next 2dtr, ** 1dc into each of next 9tr; rep from * twice and from * to ** once again, 1dc into each of next 4tr, join with ss into first dc. Break off yarn B.
Round 5: Join yarn A, 3ch (count as 1tr), 1tr into each of next 5dc, * [2tr, 1dtr] into next dc, [1dt, 2tr] into next dc, ** 1tr into each of next 11dc; rep from * twice and from * to ** once again, 1tr into each of next 5dc, join with ss into 3rd of 3ch. break off yarn A.
Round 6: Join yarn B, 1ch, 1dc into each tr of previous round, working 2dc into each dtr, join with ss into first dc. Break off yarn B.
Round 7: Join yarn C, 3ch (count as 1tr), 1tr into each of next 8dc, * [2tr, 1dtr] into next dc, [1dt, 2tr] into next dc, ** 1tr into each of next 17dc; rep from * twice and from * to ** once again, 1tr into each of next 8dc, join with ss into 3rd of 3ch. Break off yarn C.
Round 8: Join yarn B and rep round 6. Break off yarn B.
Round 9: Join yarn A, 3ch (count as 1tr), 1tr into each of next 12dc, * [2tr, 1dtr] into next dc, [1dt, 2tr] into next dc, ** 1tr into each of next 24dc; rep from * twice and from * to ** once again, 1tr into each of next 12dc, join with ss into 3rd of 3ch.
Fasten off yarn.

    oooh I like this one! just have a couple of crochet things to finish first then I'll be doing this square with the stripes and not just plain like I usually do as I'm too lazy to keep changing wool and sewing in ends! hehe xxx
