I have spent the last few day when walking to the Post Office looking at the ground, worrying about stuff ... but on the way home today I felt God say .... take your eyes off the ground and look up at me and what I have created at the sky and the birds ... keep your eyes on me and not down on the ground. I have felt peace again this evening.
